A Review of the Dewapoker Poker Room

I'll be honest, I am a very bad poker player. I'm not entirely sure why I play poker, since I don't remember ever winning at any of the card games I have ever played. I like to think that I can bluff some more, but I can't seem to get a bead on any of the top players online.

Recently, I made a journey to the newest online casino, The Dewapoker, in order to try their new poker room. I was quite excited to see if it would live up to its name. I knew they had the largest poker room in the world, but I didn't know how it would stack up to other online sites. Here's what I found out.

First of all, let me just say how well this new site does help the beginner poker player. They made the basic game play very simple for the new player. It's a great introduction to online poker, and is a great place to start.

I was also impressed with the interactive tutorial for the different variations of poker. It explains the many different betting strategies and covers them all in very easy to understand terms. I like that it gives a lot of different points of view, so you can see how the various poker players are betting, which makes things more interesting to read about.

The good news is that after about 20 minutes, you will have mastered all the different poker variations. You can now take your skills to the next level by trying your hand at the No Limit Texas Hold Em and Full Ring Poker. Most of the Dewapoker players that I played with were in no limit hold em, and there were a few Full Ring poker players as well.

Now, one of the biggest complaints about The Dewapoker was that it is very old school. I mean, they still have the old desks and poker tables. I didn't find anything too distracting or stuffy, but it definitely doesn't strike me as the very cutting edge feel you would expect from an online poker room.

This is probably the thing that gets a lot of people to play in this online site, the game play. I am sure that the poker players here are very serious about the game, so I wouldn't consider it "easy". However, with a bit of practice and the knowledge of the many different variations of poker, you should be able to play pretty well here.

Overall, I like The Dewapoker, but I don't love it. It's got a lot of good features, but not a lot of actual "wow" factors. I guess that they got the basic game right, but it is a great way to begin to learn online poker.
